THE THERAPY MOVEMENT
We support children, young people and adults with any range of mental health and counselling needs.
Children, Young People and Adults with diverse gender and sexuality, experience unique challenges. We offer therapy specialised in assisting individuals and families in the areas of adjustment, identity and negotiating barriers. We additionally provide specialised couples, parenting, and post separation therapy for same sex and gender diverse relationships.

AltSpace Therapies is a queer owned and operated, trauma-informed counselling, coaching, and somatic therapy practice dedicated to serving the diverse needs of the queer, gender expansive, consensually non-monogamous, and other alternative communities. Our practice is founded on the principles of respect, acceptance, inclusion, and understanding, providing a safe and affirming space for individuals and relationships that exist outside of traditional norms. At the heart of our practice is a commitment to supporting individuals through the lens of unconditional positive regard and empowerment.
Natalia (they/them) specialises in addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals within the LGBTQIA+ and CNM communities. They offer individual and relational counselling and somatic therapy sessions that focus on identity exploration, relationship dynamics, healing past trauma, and mental health support tailored to the specific needs of each client.

SUNSHINE COAST PRIDE FESTIVAL
The Sunshine Coast Pride Festival is an LGBTQIA+ event organised by a dedicated Committee of volunteers and is about providing a safe and fun environment for LGBTQIA+ people, their family and friends, to come together and celebrate our diversity.
Commencing in 2007, the Festival was an initiative of the Queensland Aids Council (QuAC) to engage with the local LGBTQIA+ community.
Since our humble beginning, we have grown to become a weekend-long Festival, with a variety of events, activities and entertainment to cater for all ages and interests.

BRISBANE PRIDE FESTIVAL
Brisbane Pride is now Queensland’s largest and the country's third largest LGBTIQ+ major event, attracting more than 50,000 Festival-goers over a four week period.

The Annual Noosa Rainbow River Festival is an LGBTI event open to everyone. Held in or around March each year.
